67 Shoulder Belts

My first car in high school was a 67 with shoulder belts. So now I'm looking for another 67 but come to find out that shoulder belts are very rare. Is it possible to add the shoulder belt to one that did not have them factory? Everybody has an opinion including that I would need a roll bar! I live in Las Vegas and cannot find a Camaro expert. Any info will help.

The attachment points are in the roof in the 67. The shoulder belts themselves did not become mandatory until 1968.
